Yes I've seen that 'quote'.
it's a bit like Guido's 'quotes' on every ann... Every one is rinse and repeat with just a few changes to some choice words.
Someone writes it and probably just checks with Guido/imec or whoever is supposed to be 'quoted' so they can put their stamp of approval on it. Then it's released.
those people never actually said or wrote those things. At most they read what some other person has written for them just to check it's reasonable.
