James Dorrian back in Feb 2018 clearly explaines the constraints surrounding the quarter progress announcements in a interview with TMT.

"From a technology perspective we will report once a quarter on progress, we will be somewhat constraint because IMEC has a non-disclosure with us, but we will say we are on our milestones towards achieving a production worthy product.

The reality is when your in a FAB like that, they have many people working with them, all the industry players, so you have to be very careful with what you say and don't say because everybody that's there working with them are very interested parties and competitors. That's why we keep a very tight non-disclosure.

Will basically try to make announcements that are, we are on track and we've achieved our milestones that we agreed on writing with IMEC. That roadmap has already been developed, our team has been there (IMEC) for the past couple of months developing the roadmap and all the gantt charts have been put in place etc, our CEO (Dr Guido Arnout) just got back from a 2 week trip (from IMEC), so we are deploying as we speak and beginning this production process. The simplest way to put it is the tractors in the field and the wheels are getting muddy".
