Fact - IMEC operational capabilty is to assist 4ds to production
Fact - IMEC has stated on the record they are assisting in a transferable production compatible process flow for interface switching...yep switching...that's where speed is located
Fact- once this is achieved ( this next iteration hopefully...theres that word again) they aim to test it on their megabit test chip...thats what these iterations are designed for ...to meet that requirement
Fact- so, then they can analyse yield capability, speed (switching) endurance and data retention upon which
commercial decisions can then be made!
Fact - it has not even made the test range yet at IMEC's megabit
memory op.
Fact- Once the design parameters have been established and proven then a commercial transaction could occur
Fact- at that point the acquisition party will required further application change for specific memory application.
