They have mentioned that they are going to be looking for profitable companies with the buy and build strategy and Chris has a history of delivering this. This again for anyone who thinks I am saying it is a guarantee isn't a guarantee it will happen again so don't put your house on it and DYOR and in a way laws of probability would think this one could work. As I am sure we have all had a time where there was a 60% chance of success in a game or something and you try 2x and both times it failed, your chance still remains however the probability of success increases. What is the chance/probability of it working no one knows however again it is being lead by Chris who has the track record and supported with Kate and yes Gernot is there but meatloaf said 2 our of three ain't bad. We don't know what Gernot does on day to day however he has been there since day one (IIRC) and the board in the last 12 months is far greater than it was 2 years ago or when it first started... Again having good boards doesn't guarantee success.

What's the point of getting excited about the newest hire when the company has the history of doing this, achieving nothing and being a revolving door of executives.

Hope isn't a strategy.
