they just consolidate the share (again) so if you have 1,000,000 shares worth 0.001 you end up with say 10,000 shares worth 0.1. Basically you get crunched (if you don’t have that many shares you end up with not a lot) and this would happen about the same time as the board changes and they acquire a new business or a mining tenement
