What are you talking about? The Final Report is exactly where these contracted liabilities belong. Do you want them to release a market announcement every time they engage a university for $100k to inject some mice with CYP-001?

I suspect it has something to do with contracted payments to a GVHD trial organising third party CYP engaged with. (I don't know the terms of that engagement).
But it could be payments for cell production or guarantees of cell production orders. (I don't know that CYP has not made promises to Fujiflm for cell production - I don't believe there is a lot of detail on either the contractual arrangements with Fujifilm or the contract GVHD third party).
You seem to have ignored the first part of what I was talking about in the post you've replied to (the lack of any announcement to the effect that the VP of partner engagement had resigned - when she did back in January of this year - we seem to be getting told about for the first time at the end of August). Partner engagement VP's just come and get options and go and its of no consequence to you? You don't want even a note at the end of the relevant quarter when that happens? No operational significance in your view?
