If the company were in talking terms with JC im sure they could of come up with a solution by now on finding someone to buy his shares that he wants to let go (after all he was part of the company and apparently people still in the company have said they will buy in)
The thing is they're not in talking terms with him now or even when he was part of the company towards the last 12 months give or take this is why I believe no one has reached out to him about buying off market since he cut and ran.
JC is a stubborn dog he rather loose money than make peace glad he is gone.
