Simulation is great but inherently is only as valuable as the assumptions / criteria provided for that simulation ( its usually highly subjective weighted toward desired outcomes)- that would have been the case with the 1st at 60

if they take a little longer to get that formal process at 20 as correct as possible that is worth waiting for imo - don't think DM would have a say in this really as its IMECS baby at this point AND industry is now most definitely watching - it is best to ensure 'right first time' measured against all available data - I expect 20 /PL6 to appear with a less than 20% process improvements required which will make it an ongoing process to 20/PL7
that is an excellent outcome all things considered imo
better than that is a very welcome bonus

just a view from another 'time waster'

It would be nice if they employed ‘you’ to communicate
with all of us time wasters. Just to give us some idea about what is happening and why it is necessary.
