Solid FY report. Still hinting that they're not finished on the M&A front. The Philippines strategy is starting to look pretty good.

My best guess is the next ERP acquisition will be from that region. According to the below article they are the only 5 star Netsuite partner in that region, so potential to upgrade to higher commissions if they were to bring any other ERP businesses under the JCS umbrella. Given the ongoing expansion of the hub it could make sense to have more presence in the ERP space in the Philippines too, but all just my opinion.

Still light on Riyo revenue,  perhaps overdue in seeing something Riyo specific. If they're to make their targeted plan of a profitable Riyo business this year they're going to need some pretty lofty revenue growth!
