They perform tasks that are WELL ABOVE their pay grade, especially around the regulatory and auditing tasks involed in growing, handling and packaging a pharmaceutical product, in a dismal working environment where they get no recognition and very, very rare growth opportunities. Over the years, many talented cultivators have left. There is a saying at Cann, 'the only ones who have done well at the company are the ones at the top and the ones who have left'. This just proves that.
