You're righr that pipeline is everything here. And there's nothing yet. But this has always been a speculative recovery play. They either dwindle slowly, or turn around with a decent tender win, more construction work, or maybe an aquisition. At the moment it's the first option, but they're still positioned for any of the other options. It's kind of a fingers crossed situation though I admit. Also, it's not like I could sell if i wanted :/
