Surely they would be managing the cash flow for any one-off costs appropriately, and their income appears relatively consistent.
I'd much rather see them investing excess cash in investments to gain higher returns than letting it sit in cash and term deposits (as suggested).
Based on prior year results and the recent quarterly report commentary (below), they are getting solid results too.
