I agree with all your point except one
The extra shares they issued was part of SPP
lot of shareholders have their money returned bcz they couldn't allocate shares to all of them
The money raised in spp was used to buy asset
This stock has been 5 bagger in past one year
Not sure why not much discussion on hc
