The positive with Neurio is that it has a specific ingredient which has perceived health benefits, this will be invaluable going forward. Lactoferrin is not to dissimilar to A2, in that it provides significant market differentiation from other infant formula companies such as BAL, BUBS, WHA products and also separates from those that only claim they are organic or from a goat.

This differentiation is where the money will be made, it’s up to JAT to work that out and capitalise on the foot they already have in the door before it closes.Once JAT secured Neurio in its entirety (whether they do or not is another question). They then need to spend the $$ on officially promoting lactoferrin in a similar way as A2 did.

However.......JAT firstly needs to work out if it’s primarily a infant formula company or a FMCG company (propped up by its subsidiaries)
