Spenda is not a unique business Has a simple software package that it’s trying to convince customers the same as it has shareholders but so far only a few shareholders have taken the bait then gets into a lending business hoping the headline $50m facility would have also fooled more shareholders than it has but most have been quick to pick up on the “Up to $50m” No serious funded would allow them to go and lend money to the caliber of clients they attract without having a lot of conditions placed on the loan and as such the loan book is languishing well below expectations The only business model they have is about fooling enough people for as long as they could so as to fill the pockets of insiders in the process but unfortunately we are near the end and it’s now just a matter of time before they get exposed.
