Oh I have no doubt that they would love to upsize the DW. And yes, if they could offer credit though Capricorn at some stage, they would need that additional capacity. That is what is possibly ahead, and what many holders have been waiting for. I have been disappointed though with the delivery so far, and the recent announcement still does not give us any way to understand when this might happen.
There are still 2 points I want clarity on:
- Have they had access to $50mio capacity from this DW since announced over a year ago?The accounts say no - just $15mio. I am sure you realise that if the answer to that question is no, there would be consequences.
- If the above question can somehow be resolved, how much demand has there been for the lending offering? It should be easy to let us know how many applications for credit there has been.
Last point I would make here on related topic: To achieve a substantially greater amount of lending capacity, which I agree would be needed for Capricorn, it is very likely that Spenda will have to bring in some institutional investors to provide funding. And I think that Spenda and more particularly AF have an image problem. It has been well "documented" on these threads, and I do agree that his car salesman style, some of the language used in his videos, the promises not delivered - all of that will turn off many of those boring institutions. I think it is in his interest to understand that.
