As I said it’s a matter of opinion. I think their remuneration policy is not a good one and should reflect more harshly the poor FY23 financial performance in the variable comp of the executive team. It is also poor form to give these guys shares valued at the lows. There is a perverse incentive here to accumulate more shares and then go for the bang. The problem comes from the absence of cornerstone shareholders outside of the executive team. Poor governance.
