It’s a dead set giveaway when your ‘market update’ doesn’t have any hard numbers in it, that the 4E is going to be a shocker. What the GOAT did is no different to any struggling company at this end of the market. The ‘going concern’ note by the auditor basically says the only way to ensure this company survives is with another CR.
