The announcement also details that they are still discussing details of the services agreement that expires in 2024..
None of it is a fait accompli until the company announces the negotiations are a success, moving forward..
If you look at the odds, yeah it’s probably a shoe in as both companies share a good relationship (according to announcements), but I’ve seen and been in position where a done deal is unsuccessful..
Right now the company is burning through circa a million bucks a month which far outweighs the cash the coming in, even with a successful outcome with the DSD money.. That can’t be disputed, it’s right there in black and white..
