Lessn I do believe will whitepaper Spenda/Limepays capabilities, what i can gather Limepay has the banking side of things as in banking infrastructure built into their system for example banking API'S and integration, thus the need for them.
That was how it was explained to me, not too sure if i explained it right, so i do apologise if it doesnt make sense
