-BTT (shaws insto client) largest fund manager in country is not happy. They are threatening legal action. In conclusion the Preliminary final report lodged today is not even barely acceptable reporting standard. it does not meet the minimum reporting standards for an ASX listed company.
I was the first person on the call asking the right questions and was rudely cut off by the CEO i believe.
The report is not even 1% adequate. Theres no normalised EPS, EBITDA or NPAT at all. No outlook statement. No Numbers given. No numbers given regarding earnings from acquisition.
