I would say it would be highly unlikely that a dividend re-investment plan will be adopted given the position of the major shareholder CNP. Despite the board seperation, CNP needs cash and non participation in a DRP would dilute their holdings and damage their balance sheet. This has been well documented by many others especially Defabstar.
