A couple of questions and a comment:

1. In the response letter The Company noted that they now have fully acquired Quidd & nWay. I believe the nWay and Quidd transaction included both cash and Animoca stock as per the terms of the deal.
The stock portion of the transaction would be hard to complete unless Animoca had access to their shares to complete the transaction, right?

2. Did anyone notice in the response letter if The Company made public who the Second investor or investor group was in The Sandbox ?
If the investor was a public entity, maybe they must wait for a formal announcement to be made regarding reinstatement?
(strictly guessing here)


Basically what I am betting on with my investment in Animoca and their subsidiaries ( and partners for that matter) is their ability to monetize on a larger scale many different forms of the current gaming universe!
Obvious example would be The Blockchain version of The Sandbox, F1, Stryker and more recently MotoGP with Atari games projected for later this year!

What really got me pumped was the closing of the Quidd & nWay acquisitions, as I felt they could have been put in jeopardy due to the extended trading Halt!
These 2 acquisitions will hopefully prove out the genius of the Company and it’s seemingly never ending string of partnerships and acquisitions.

Quidd has a very large trading platform with a world class collection of licensing agreements and I believe Animoca has identified how to ramp up sales by first expanding into Asia and building the trading site in Chinese and then layering on top with NFT’s and Blockchain ledger technology!

nWay has the Power Rangers license, the eSports segment and probably most importantly a Cross platform gaming technology, but is currently loosing money!
The bet here is that the Company will gain control of the Power Rangers licensing (NFT sales potential supported by the Blockchain), will hopefully be able to monetize the eSports division with in game prizing through their relationship with Versus Systems and leverage the Cross Gaming Platform technology with developers and gamers across many channels...

Most of this still remains to be seen how successful these ambitious plans pan out, buy my bet has been placed and continue to hold tight even through all this turbulence!

My best wishes to anyone that may have been affected by the recent turn of events surrounding the many illness and am hopeful things will be more under control in a few months!
