No. Cash is king and there are significant capex's required over the next 2 years. After coming from humble beginnings, they have learnt to be prudent with cash. The company's growth rate will be much faster if they continue on their conservative path.
They have always under-promised and over-delivered. That's good management and it's hard to find.
