I think the deal was the fund has the choice of another period of 5 days avg price, so a sub 7c subscription is priced in I think, but given the first tranche was at 20c, I think the avg of two tranches would be 13/14c.
If the FDA clearance doesn't take the share price to teen, then perhaps not much will in the near future I suppose.
