There are a few unsettling facets to this company...

1) Apparent reluctance to keep investors informed

2) No sign of income in the near future (without Palabiro)

3) Thinly traded... not easy to exit a significant position

Obviously these are connected - fix one and the others will follow. A trap with micro-companies... they are often run as if they are still privately owned, the shareholders are an unwelcome necessity.
