Greg Solomon spent a lot of time in the US last year, attending meetings with the GDOT, along with other advisors and representatives. I seem to recall he was present at the committee meeting for the GDOT submission for Eddencrete approval, along with 4 or 5 others. I bet he didn't travel economy and he and the advisors didn't stay in the cheapest motel or take the bus in Augusta and Colorado. If they had dinner with Governor Deal, maybe he paid the bar bill...
They also have a 9 member sales team travelling around the US meeting with DOTs and potential customers. Its not hard to see the bills for accomodation and travel adding up to that.
