    Just when you thought this joke couldn't get any worse - the newly appointed company secretary resigns within a handful of days, and the company's impending change in auditor pushes the it into suspension for what appears likely to be at least 6 weeks.

    One word. Farcical.

    I'll hand over to @DrDante and @beefarmer to rip them to shreds.
