What a Poor Announcement...I picked up too many issues from it.....
One issue I picked up was the closure of Co's O/seas interest. IMO it Looks like we don't have any IP protection.
Back in 8.10.2015 the Co incorporated VTX Holdings (Singapore) Pte Ltd (Subsiduary) with the express function of housing The Co's Intellectual Property. They lodged 2 patents in the US in the name of the subsiduary to protect the optimisation technology underpinning the Wangle platform.
I think those patents are/have now long gone, so imo we have no more security and our App is open for anyone's use. All that Time, money and effort imo went up in smoke for nothing.
What a joke this is all becoming.
