As you have indicated Strides is entitled to repayment of its arbitration costs via discount on payments to POH in the form of upfronts, milestones or royalties, to a maximum value of 5m GBP
To give this statement a clearer perspective :
Based on the calculation of the value of the cash payment [100000GBP is $184K] POH made to Strides as part of the arbitration settlement, 5mGBP equates to discounts of $9.2M.
This number has come as quite a surprise and to my knowledge has never been conveyed to shareholders in local currency.
