ID is always conservative (which is a good character to have) rather than going on debt binge which will eventually lead to many unpleasant aftershocks. He has done the same thing for 2nd reserve which is not surprising. Saving the best for last and certainly we will have promising future ahead now the major writedown is out of the way, increasing production and revenue hence bigger future profit. Did someone mention BPT is looking for an expansion? We know which one is an undervalued great potential candidate...........
