it is very simple, the reason for capital raise is to pay their high salaries as the revenue is not enough to pay staff.
look at other growth companies with little revenue compared to LVT yet they are able to contain their expenses except LVT as they have very humble investors who can't see this hence I have to come in the picture to highlight these red flags.
