Your comments about the increased expenses are very appropriate.
I am wary about the extent of “discretion” which was used in allocating expenses to the discontinued business,
effectively increasing the profitability of the on-going business.
Will we see another write down, sale and excessive expenses of one of their other operations in the current year?
With so many recent acquisitions, there are plenty of potential candidates.
The presentation was already reporting Services vertical growth “excluding the Total Communication business”. Did they use some inappropriate, misleading calculation to get negative growth when including Total? Or is revenue of Total so bad that it drags the whole services vertical into negative growth?
