Yes I do recall that Adelaide company.
There are big players like Space X and Amazon who are planning to launch mega constellations, however these projects cost billions, will take 10 years to fully rollout, and target a different target market (broadband users).
All I can really say is that there will be plently of opportunities for multiple satellite companies to take a sliice of what will be a trillion dollar industry.
