This is exactly what is happening. What is amazing is they even announced they will be paid back to related entities etc and this is why ASIC scrutinised the loans in the first place... another JV another loan, another fee ... Never seen anything like it on the ASX ... very brazen.
All those millions in legal fees due to literally having to defend themselves that the loop holes they are jumping through are legal....
