    This is from the pg 6 of 2018 4Q update. $13.5m was recognized in revenue from SQ. I guess the $12m is reversing the previous year revenue. I believe it doesn’t affect the cash flow at all.

    All in all, 2018 was a year of smoke and mirror a year after the 85c per share merger.
