Definitely a good result in a Covid impacted market. Potential obvious when the Covid constraints begin to ease and the construction industry picks up. The only one point I find troubling is that they will need to pay the dividend out of borrowed money as their cash reserves are insufficient to pay it. Maybe they can see that they can pull some of their debtors in a bit earlier but I doubt it in these conditions. Regardless I am holding.
