At this point I'm not sure if I should sell it to recoup some money or hold for a few years to breakeven. I'm more inclined to hold, can sell for tax loss near EOFY time.

I'd rather sell down now and put the money to work. Just after a bad reporting season is the best time to sell down IMHO, odds are the SP will trade flat at best until the next report so you'll likely have a chance to re-enter.
Shouldnt be hard to find bluer skies elsewhere, perhaps a better DC operator if inclined.
