i missed this when it came out having sold a few months ago - i could see the writing on the wall, and this report backs up my thinking
Just took a quick look: -operationally they're burning 2.7m per year and thats WITH the increased revenue. -just to keep the business running (Payments to suppliers and employees) costs them 12mil per year

All of this doesnt take into consideration R&D or project work. how will they fund expansions ? roll out the website etc
Being a distributor they must keep an eye on receivables and payables. They must maintain some level of cash to handle issues of cash flow if they pop up. -They have just over 5mil cash; enough to last maybe 2 years, but i suspect they'l raise cash within 12 months
