I think this issue of cash flows is being over-emphasised, currently the company is in growth phase (buying equipment and working capital) as it winning more and more contracts. The most important point is that management is aware of their cash flow situation during this phase and have adequate provisions for times when cash flows are tight (overdraft and debt facilities). They have adequate provisions and are managing this very well. Unprofitable tech companies do it all the time and no one blinks an eye.
Acrow could decide to stop growing and its cash generation, cash in bank would grow very quickly. However we are much better to keep growing.
