Exactly what I was going to say. They could have just issued 70k of new equity to themselves and all S/H would have approved and probably even boosted the SP by way of confidence from the insiders. The fact they are lending in this way means they know it is a sinking ship and just trying to keep their job, and the salary that goes along with it.

I don't think we have seen the end of the shenanigans. IMO PP and SS have put a lot of work into Swisswell and Reduit and their pride will see it through. Just not sure if it will be via a listed company. What are the legalities of company going under then buying the IP and facilities and taking it private?
