Agree, but NOR has history. Let's give them until end of September, otherwise they can provide the high level terms of the BAFO including expiry date.
From - HERE , NOR stated - "However, if there is a change to thenegotiations such that Norwood no longer considers that these partnerships will be formalised,Norwood will immediately update the market."
IMO, NOR need a reminder on the above....
