So on a liquidity event, RSG receives 150mil in cash plus the payout on the recapped 50mil promissory note of around 70 mil or so. Anyone want to correct me on this...
They have already received the 50mil cash and 50mil on the Gold price hurdles.
Be nice to see this put to bed. I was never keen on this sale structure....great for Hegarty and JW not so much rsg....
