The Company continues to maintain its NDIS registration, however the Board retains its view that the cost of undertaking a consumer model and delivering individual consumer support, solely for Australia, is currently not viable and its focus will remain on the SaaS Business- to-Schools sales model. Any change to these circumstances will be advised.”
