Why does it = fail?! I haven't decided if I agree or not yet, but let me wear my black hat.

We've just lost over $3m. Can't remember the exact cash burn but let's call it $3m.
We have $1.2m in the bank - so call it 4 months worth of cash before we're dead.
We operate in many markets, one of them is MASSIVE (USA), has already crystallised sales (that came in July and August, which is why we have a paltry $14k in FY19), but you think it's a fail that we're not CURRENTLY targeting Australia?
