I feel bad for the substantial shareholder who chipped in about ~$1.2 million @ 4.5 cents a share. Any debt funding/dilution has got to be unpleasant for them.
VIV's marketing leaves much to be desired. There's little communication. It shouldn't be this hard to sell energy efficiency products in the current energy climate.
