I do not what definition of 'Dry' are you using, But I am very confident we are going to test lower levels soon.
Chemistry does not lie and yes, is easier to print money or raise capital than generate Hydrogen at the required levels.

My Sherlock Holmes (or Nick Currant smell detector) instinct tells me this was a change pocket operation (consideringa volume not seen in a long time ($50k LOL)
