The SOI at 31 Million with the top 2 holders having 75% leaves only 7 Million shares in the free float. Assuming the top 20 and us rusted on’s count for another 20% holders then only 1.5 millions shares available until a CR. This shows how quickly $6-$10 could come with one flick of a pen. Osmoflo, Aspen, Whirlpool or another from left field. So that buyer on Friday that grabbed 35k in sharesat $160 average will at $8 SP would be worth $280k, making $220k clear (less tax of course)· Market penetration only needs to be less than 1% globally to turn this into a multimillion-dollar business. So that is why they are dealing with Global companies, Osmoflo, Aspen and …Whirlpool? Or another major whitegoods manufacturer. · Haven’t even started talking about sterilization of PPE, hospital or hotel rooms, planes trains and automobiles, maybe the biggest market of all. (hmm, maybe microplastics will be bigger?) So why not invest in Purifloh· Lack of patience, they have missed many timelines on commercialization· BOD lack of consistency or information to Shareholders.· Maybe like Max thinks, they don’t even have a product because we haven’t seen a photo!· The FRG spews out deadly ozone like Ozblue thinks and that’s why the first OEM didn’t jump on board.· They only have a little money left in the bank and CLS may not hand over any more cash to keep this company going. (Even though the company quote “They have enough funds or access to funds to get commercial”, and that is coming from CLS who is the CEO who stumps up the capital….????)
