Should see some info on Aspen and Osmoflo in the next 2 months? Just one of these deals will see a massive re-rate. Maybe it's not those boys trying to get back in afterall, maybe it's someone who is seeing some good results and interested in getting in? 20k plus++ buys twice in a short period for no reason, seems out of place? Maybe this is the start? Whoever is buying, twice got sick of waiting, they moved their bids to get the shares as the seller wasn't willing to come down any lower. Well played to them.
