I heard Emirates way paying nothing using Loyyal for free. Given you have such a high conviction Loyyal has value can you please share Loyyal’s revenue from last year and this year? Also, if Emirates obligated to transfer the contract it had with the now dissolved Loyyal to whatever new company manages to buy the assets?

I guess my point is, if it had one customer using the software for free and that customer may or may not decided to transfer the contract over to a new unknown company does the fact that RFN paid a $29m valuation for Loyyal last year alone make it worth that? It sounds like a worthless piece of code sitting on a shelf nobody will pay to use and patents for unused tech. But hey, if RFN management with their track record of success say it’s worth that than it must be.
